You can now advertise with the DFW Event Planning Meetup Website. This website is going through Google & Yahoo Search Engines. Also, this feeds off of Wedding Wishes website and goes through different websites for marketing. There is a small fee of $50.00 for the year. All you will need to send me is your company logo and a brief description of your services. I will also need you contact information as well. Dear Group,
The DFW Event Planning Meetup is looking for Sponsors! Our group is composed of 300 + members who are devoted to learning and building their business in the event planning field. I wanted to propose a partnership: Our group is looking for sponsors in order to cover the costs that are incurred in the process of our meetings. In return, we are willing to help promote your company and its products. What we offer to you and your company is the opportunity to have a dynamic and growing group of event planners and vendors to assist you in promoting your products. Our membership has grown dramatically over the last year. More importantly we have become one of the most active Event Planning Meetup groups in the world. This means that you have the opportunity to sell to a motivated audience that is growing in size almost every month. We are offering the following specific promotional help to your company. First, we will post your companies logo and a link to your web site on our groups web site. Second, we will place your name and logo on all of the flyers that we distribute to advertise our events. Third, our monthly email communications with members will detail your sponsorship of our group. Fourth, we are willing to allocate time for you or your representative to give presentations during our meetings. Imagine the sales opportunities from being able to give a presentation on what makes a good adventure scenario while showing the members your products as examples. Finally, we are willing to consider any other promotional ideas that you may suggest in the future. In return, we are asking that you sponsor our group by making a small donation of just $10 a month. We would like you to agree to sponsor our group for a period of six months in order to give us time to work together. After that six month period, if we both agree that the partnership program is working successfully we would ask that you continue this successful partnership.
